What information do we collect

You agree to provide some or all of the following personal information when creating an App account or using Sxyme services (such as uploading content on the App or contacting us for technical support):

Registration information, such as your date of birth or email, if applicable, user identifier, and language;

Profile information, such as your alias, profile picture, gender, and self-introduction;

User-generated content (“UGC”), such as comments, text, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code, or other data or materials that you upload, distribute, or stream on the App when using the Sxyme Services;

Facial data, such as when you use certain features we provide to create special effects or expressions for your live broadcast area or pictures you upload on the Sxyme service, but such data will only be processed offline to achieve special effects or expressions, and we will not use it for other purposes unless we obtain your explicit consent or convert it into de-identified data; in addition, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share it with any third party. In addition, if you use real-person head portrait authentication, we will perform real-person head portrait authentication by comparing your head portrait and face recognition video with your consent. This authentication can protect you from imposters and fake accounts, or enhance the authenticity of Sxyme services. We do not retain your face recognition video in our servers, which is only used for verification.

Web activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, other users' accounts you subscribe to, and information about your interactions with other users;

Information from other sources: We may obtain additional information from third parties and other sources outside of the Sxyme Services. For example, we may obtain additional information from the games or services you use, or from social media networks (such as Google ) that you have authorized us to access. When you access the Sxyme Services through a social media network , or connect the Sxyme Services to a social media network, you authorize Sxyme to collect, store, and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, mobile device make, model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number and Media Access Control address;

information about your visits and use of other applications;

Mobile advertising identifiers, which are used by mobile operating systems and provided to ad providers to collect mobile application metrics (Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) to help us and advertisers deliver ads that may be more relevant to your interests;

Metadata associated with the UGC you provide to us, which describes the other data and provides information about how, when, by whom, and how the UGC was formatted, such as the hashtags used to tag videos and subtitles with keywords; and

Cookies are small pieces of data that enable us to provide certain features and are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use Sxyme Services, thereby enhancing your experience using Sxyme Services .

We may also collect, use and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information because such data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users who access a particular website feature, generate statistics about our users, calculate the percentage of users who access a particular website feature, or count the number of ad impressions served or clicked.

The storage and access of cookies related to the Sxyme Services are subject to the Sxyme Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”).

We may need to use the system permissions in your device (excluding permissions called by third parties) to collect relevant personal information. Although we have already touched upon this in the previous section, this section will summarize all the system permissions used by Sxyme to facilitate a more systematic, complete and transparent presentation to you. You can choose whether to authorize us to use the relevant permissions of your device. If you do not authorize us to use the relevant permissions, some services may be unavailable, but it will not affect your use of other functions of Sxyme .

Album and storage permissions

When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the photo album reading and storage function on your device. This function will be used to upload text, images, videos and other content in your device, and can also cache the text, images, and video content generated during your use of Sxyme services. Please be aware that we will not automatically read the storage content of your local photo album. We will only obtain the image/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding image in the album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will not work properly.

Microphone permissions

Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the microphone function on your device and recognize the voice information you upload. This permission will be used to implement the voice input function and collect and recognize the voice information input during the implementation of the above function. If you refuse this authorization, the above function will not be available.

Message push permissions

Once you agree to enable this permission, we will push messages to you so that you can receive and understand our notifications in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive the messages we push to you.

Camera permissions

Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This function will be used to take photos and record videos, and collect and identify the pictures and videos taken or recorded during the implementation of the above functions. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.

Floating window permissions

In order to float the content of "Party" on other content, we will apply for your floating window permission. If you refuse such authorization, the above functions will not be available.

Device Information Access Permissions

After you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect your corresponding device information for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying whether it is a commonly used device, and device binding status. If you are an Android user, your refusal to grant this authorization will result in your inability to use this product and/or service normally. If you are an iOS user, you may not be able to directly refuse or close the above authorization due to the limitations of the iOS system, but for some device information (for example, IDFA information, which is subject to the actual situation updated from time to time by the iOS system policy), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to authorize, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding functions or services (for example, if you refuse us to collect your IDFA information, we will not be able to provide you with personalized display based on the IDFA tracking identifier).

Access network and obtain network status permissions

Our APP can only connect to the Internet after you agree to enable this permission. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use this product and/or service normally.

Communications: To communicate and interact directly with you, for example, we may send notifications about upcoming changes, promotions, or improvements to the Sxyme Services;

Content review: reviewing images, graphics and content posted or generated on the Sxyme Services to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdictions;

the Sxyme Services in order to develop and display content on our websites and applications that is tailored to your interests;

Performance analysis: determine whether users of the Sxyme Service are unique or whether the same user uses the Sxyme Service multiple times, and monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, number of videos viewed, demographic patterns;

Functionality and security: identifying users who do not meet age restrictions, diagnosing or fixing technical issues, and detecting, preventing, and responding to actual or potential fraud, illegal activity, or intellectual property infringement;

Compliance: To enforce our Terms of Use and comply with our legal obligations;

Aggregation: Aggregate the information we collect about you to achieve one or more of the purposes listed above.

Cookies: We and our vendors and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, Flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze the web pages you click on and how you use the Platform, enhance your experience using the Platform, and improve our services. Cookies are small files that, when placed on your device, enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Web beacons are very small images or small pieces of data embedded in an image, also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs,” that can recognize cookies, the time and date of a page view, a description of the page where the pixel tag is placed, and similar information from your computer or device. How We Share Your Information

Please note that if your profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the platform and may be accessed or shared by your friends, followers, and third parties such as search engines, content aggregators, and news sites. You can change who can see your video or image each time you upload it.

We may also share your information with other members of our corporate group, subsidiaries or affiliates to improve, optimize the Platform and prevent unlawful use.

When we obtain your consent (whether express or implied), we may share your personal information outside of the Sxyme Services .

We may disclose your personal information to members of our corporate group (i.e. entities that control us, are controlled by us or are under common control with us) insofar as this is necessary for the services, customer management, content customization, advertising, analytics, verification, functionality and security, and compliance.

We may disclose your personal information to authorized service providers who perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, customizing content, analytics, security, mapping navigation, data storage and cloud services, supporting our features, and other features available through the Sxyme Services. These service providers may have access to the personal information needed to perform their functions but may not share or use such information for any other purpose. However, if you connect to a third-party service through the Sxyme Services or otherwise associate your Sxyme account with a third-party service, you request and authorize us to share information with or grant access to information on your behalf with that third party. We may also send information about the content or activity you view on the Sxyme Services to that third party to upgrade your experience on the Sxyme Services.

We may disclose or share your personal information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets (whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding), in which personal information we hold about our users would be one of the assets transferred. Your personal information may be processed by us or our trusted third-party providers outside of your country of residence, including in countries where data protection and privacy laws and regulations may be equivalent or equally protective to those in your country. Subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure when transferred outside of your country to jurisdictions with a lower level of personal data protection. Purpose of data use: Data collected by third-party SDKs is only used to provide relevant functions of their services, such as advertising display, personalized recommendations, data analysis, etc. The data will not be used for purposes unrelated to these functions.

Data Sharing: We will not share your personal information with any other third party without authorization. Data will only be shared with relevant third parties when required by law or to achieve application functions (such as payment processing, advertising display, etc.).

Your rights

You may submit a request to access, modify, or delete your personal information that we have collected by: (a) using the "Help" or "Feedback" features within the Sxyme Services, or (b) sending an email to liujuxiang532@gmail.com We will respond to your request as soon as possible after appropriate verification procedures and in accordance with applicable laws .

If you are a California resident, you may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we collect or share with any third party for a business purpose. If you would like to make such a request, please send an email to liujuxiang532@gmail.com with the subject line formatted as "Personal Information Identification + California Resident Status + Your Sxyme ID". We may ask you to verify your identity, such as using your phone number and instant password, before we respond to your request. Please note that we will not be able to process such requests if you submit them by mail, telephone, or fax.

If you are a California resident, you may also request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you. If you would like to make such a request, please send an email to liujuxiang532@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete Personal Information + California Resident + Your Sxyme ID”. You will need to specify in your email what personal information you would like us to delete and provide any additional information that will help us locate such personal information, such as the date you provided such personal information to us and the specific content of such personal information. Before responding to your request, we may ask you for verification, such as using your phone number and instant password. Please note that we will not be able to process such request if you submit such request by mail, telephone, or fax, or if the information you provide is not detailed enough for us to locate the relevant personal information. In addition, because the relevant personal information may have been shared or forwarded by other users or third parties, we cannot guarantee the complete deletion of such personal information.

We encourage users who reside in California to designate an authorized agent to exercise their privacy rights on their behalf. To designate an authorized agent, you will need to sign a valid and legally binding authorization (“POA”) with your agent and submit it to us along with your request. Once we confirm that your request and authorization comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, we will contact your agent.

Child safety

Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. We do not intentionally collect your personal information when you use our services, but may collect your age data to confirm whether you comply with the usage standards of our application. If we accidentally collect personal information from users under the age of 18, such data will be immediately deleted from our database, which also means that your account will be blocked. Therefore, we recommend that individuals under the age of 18 do not use our services.

If you find suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) while using this app, please use the report function in the app to let us know. Our product support team is on call 24/7 to quickly process your report. In addition, our product support team will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Retention of Your Information

We will retain your Personal Information and Other Information for as long as you maintain your Sxyme account.

Once we receive such a request and conduct an appropriate review, we will delete data that is not required to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements. For example, we retain location, device, and usage data for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes; while we retain such data, we may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to delete your account, such as if there is a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Once the issue preventing deletion has been resolved, we will delete the account as described above.

We may also retain certain information as necessary for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information from that account to prevent that user from opening a new Sxyme account in the future.

Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy

How to Delete Your Account

For the security of your account management, we provide a quick account deletion function in the App. You can click " My-Settings-Delete Account " in the App Settings to view the account deletion option. After clicking, you can follow the prompts to guide users to delete their accounts. For the security of your account property, after you confirm the deletion of your account information, you will log out and we will retain your account for 7 days. Within 7 days, you can log in again at any time to retrieve your account and retain all account information. After 7 days, we will delete all your account data and it will not be possible to retrieve it in any way. If you have uninstalled the App, you can fill in your relevant information and submit an application.
