You agree to provide some or all of the following personal information when creating an App account or using Sxyme services (such as uploading content on the App or contacting us for technical support):
Registration information, such as your date of birth or email, if applicable, user identifier, and language;
Profile information, such as your alias, profile picture, gender, and self-introduction;
User-generated content (“UGC”), such as comments, text, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code, or other data or materials that you upload, distribute, or stream on the App when using the Sxyme Services;
Facial data, such as when you use certain features we provide to create special effects or expressions for your live broadcast area or pictures you upload on the Sxyme service, but such data will only be processed offline to achieve special effects or expressions, and we will not use it for other purposes unless we obtain your explicit consent or convert it into de-identified data; in addition, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share it with any third party. In addition, if you use real-person head portrait authentication, we will perform real-person head portrait authentication by comparing your head portrait and face recognition video with your consent. This authentication can protect you from imposters and fake accounts, or enhance the authenticity of Sxyme services. We do not retain your face recognition video in our servers, which is only used for verification.

Information from other sources: We may obtain additional information from third parties and other sources outside of the Sxyme Services. For example, we may obtain additional information from the games or services you use, or from social media networks (such as Google ) that you have authorized us to access. When you access the Sxyme Services through a social media network , or connect the Sxyme Services to a social media network, you authorize Sxyme to collect, store, and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, mobile device make, model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number and Media Access Control address;
information about your visits and use of other applications;
Mobile advertising identifiers, which are used by mobile operating systems and provided to ad providers to collect mobile application metrics (Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) to help us and advertisers deliver ads that may be more relevant to your interests;
Metadata associated with the UGC you provide to us, which describes the other data and provides information about how, when, by whom, and how the UGC was formatted, such as the hashtags used to tag videos and subtitles with keywords; and
Cookies are small pieces of data that enable us to provide certain features and are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use Sxyme Services, thereby enhancing your experience using Sxyme Services .
We may also collect, use and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information because such data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users who access a particular website feature, generate statistics about our users, calculate the percentage of users who access a particular website feature, or count the number of ad impressions served or clicked.
The storage and access of cookies related to the Sxyme Services are subject to the Sxyme Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”).
We may need to use the system permissions in your device (excluding permissions called by third parties) to collect relevant personal information. Although we have already touched upon this in the previous section, this section will summarize all the system permissions used by Sxyme to facilitate a more systematic, complete and transparent presentation to you. You can choose whether to authorize us to use the relevant permissions of your device. If you do not authorize us to use the relevant permissions, some services may be unavailable, but it will not affect your use of other functions of Sxyme .
Album and storage permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the photo album reading and storage function on your device. This function will be used to upload text, images, videos and other content in your device, and can also cache the text, images, and video content generated during your use of Sxyme services. Please be aware that we will not automatically read the storage content of your local photo album. We will only obtain the image/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding image in the album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will not work properly.
Microphone permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the microphone function on your device and recognize the voice information you upload. This permission will be used to implement the voice input function and collect and recognize the voice information input during the implementation of the above function. If you refuse this authorization, the above function will not be available.
Message push permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will push messages to you so that you can receive and understand our notifications in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive the messages we push to you.
Camera permissions
Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This function will be used to take photos and record videos, and collect and identify the pictures and videos taken or recorded during the implementation of the above functions. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.
Floating window permissions
In order to float the content of "Party" on other content, we will apply for your floating window permission. If you refuse such authorization, the above functions will not be available.
Device Information Access Permissions
After you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect your corresponding device information for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying whether it is a commonly used device, and device binding status. If you are an Android user, your refusal to grant this authorization will result in your inability to use this product and/or service normally. If you are an iOS user, you may not be able to directly refuse or close the above authorization due to the limitations of the iOS system, but for some device information (for example, IDFA information, which is subject to the actual situation updated from time to time by the iOS system policy), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. Our APP can only connect to the Internet after you agree to enable this permission. Content review: reviewing images, graphics and content posted or generated on the Sxyme Services to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdictions;

Please note that if your profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the platform and may be accessed or shared by your friends, followers, and third parties such as search engines, content aggregators, and news sites. You can change who can see your video or image each time you upload it.

Child safety
Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Retention of Your Information
We will retain your Personal Information and Other Information for as long as you maintain your Sxyme account.

Once we receive such a request and conduct an appropriate review, we will delete data that is not required to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to delete your account, such as if there is a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Once the issue preventing deletion has been resolved, we will delete the account as described above.

For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information from that account to prevent that user from opening a new Sxyme account in the future.
Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy

How to Delete Your Account
For the security of your account management, we provide a quick account deletion function in the App. You can click " My-Settings-Delete Account " in the App Settings to view the account deletion option. After clicking, you can follow the prompts to guide users to delete their accounts. For the security of your account property, after you confirm the deletion of your account information, you will log out and we will retain your account for 7 days. Within 7 days, you can log in again at any time to retrieve your account and retain all account information. After 7 days, we will delete all your account data and it will not be possible to retrieve it in any way. If you have uninstalled the App, you can fill in your relevant information and submit an application.
